By purchasing a ticket to the British Fitness Awards 2023, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

• Tickets are transferable but must be done so in writing by emailing britfitnessawards@gmail.com

• The British Fitness Awards reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule the event and your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may transfer your ticket to another person or request a refund.

• The British Fitness Awards is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration or cancellation/postponement of an event. The British Fitness Awards shall assume no liability whatsoever in the circumstances that an event is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of an event impracticable, illegal or impossible."
